To obtain IdM support for help with IdM related services, one can report an incident or submit a request.

To subscribe to various IDM announcements list, use the appropriate link below to manage your subscription (i.e. subscribe, unsubsribe or change your email address). IDM announcements list are communications for IDM to announce to service stakeholders regarding any service outages, interruptions, or other maintenances that may impact services.
